As the Billing Specialist and Coordinator, it is my responsibility to keep all client accounts at Life Insight up to date with their insurance as well as personal billing information. It is my goal in this position to be a liaison between the confounding world of insurance and its members, our clients. I strive to listen closely to the needs of our clients, whether to verify their coverage or setting up a plan that works for self pay.
I have been working in the medical billing field, with an exclusive focus on mental and behavioral health for over 15 years. Through my tenure, I have found that no day is ever the same when dealing with insurance!
