Do you accept health insurance?

Life Insight is an in-network provider with BCBS PPO, Blue Choice PPO, and Aetna PPO plans. If those plans apply to you, we encourage you to inquire with your insurance company about your in-network mental health benefits to find out more about what they’ll cover and what you’ll be expected to pay. We will submit insurance claims on your behalf.

For all other insurances, we are happy to provide you with an invoice that you may use to seek reimbursement if you have out of network benefits included in your plan.

If your healthcare is through Medicare or Medicaid, sessions at Life Insight would not be covered.

How much does a therapy session cost?

Our session fees range from $150-200 depending on the service and licensure of the provider. If you plan to use in-network insurance to help cover the cost of your sessions, your insurance plan will determine how much you are responsible for contributing either by fulfilling a deductible, coinsurance, or copay.

Do you offer low-fee/sliding scale services?

Each of our therapists holds a couple of spots for clients who may need a lower fee or sliding scale option. We’re also fortunate to have therapists-in-training on our team, supervised and mentored by our most experienced therapists, who can work with clients at much lower session rates.

Do you offer evening/weekend availability?

Yes, many of our therapists see clients during evening and/or weekend hours. With multiple locations and telehealth options, we’ll do our best to accommodate your schedule. For more information on session availability, please contact our Intake & Client Care Coordinators to find out who is available when you are.

Do you offer telehealth or online therapy?

Yes! Using a HIPAA-compliant video platform, we are able to offer telehealth sessions. In person visits and telehealth visits in combination offer flexible scheduling options for those who travel, want to meet during the day, or get stuck at home in a snowstorm.

How do I know which therapist is the right fit for me?

We’ve got you covered! Our Intake & Client Care Coordinators do an excellent job of matching new clients with a therapist who can meet their needs. They’ll review your request form, ask a few questions about your goals for therapy and make recommendations based on your responses and their knowledge of our therapists.
