I am currently pursuing my Master’s degree in Counseling from Northwestern University. I have worked in multiple therapy sites as a Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation technician. While there, I worked with individuals with depression, anxiety, and OCD. As a clinical intern at Life Insight, I see adults dealing with varying issues including depression, anxiety, self-esteem, and life transitions.
I practice from an eclectic psychotherapy approach which allows clients to be provided a lens that is unique and personalized to them. I aim to cultivate a warm and empathetic environment, creating a space for growth and healing to flourish.
In my free time, I enjoy practicing on my bass guitar or going on the hunt for the best bubble tea in the city!
