I strive to provide a safe and non-judgemental space for my clients where they can be themselves, while working collaboratively towards their goals. My therapeutic approach aims to fit the unique needs and identities of my clients, utilizing my training in psychodynamic therapy and other modalities.

My Education and Experience:

I am a graduate student at Northwestern University, pursuing a Master’s degree in Counseling. I received my Bachelor’s in Psychology from the University of Michigan. My previous experience includes working at a community mental health center. There, I supported adolescents and adults through a variety of concerns including anxiety, depression, and other life stressors. 

When I’m not working, you can find me baking (my favorite stress reliever!), lost in a book, or spending time with my husband and loved ones.
