In my free time, I enjoy weightlifting, yoga, reading, listening to and making music, playing video games, and spending time with family and friends. I look forward to working with you!
My Education and Experience:
I received my Master of Social Work from Aurora University and am a Licensed Social Worker. I am trained in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing, and I have worked in community mental health care, intake and referral services, and substance abuse treatment. While there, I worked with children, adolescents, and adults with mood disorders, substance abuse concerns, transitions, men’s issues, relationship difficulties, social skill needs, attention difficulties, trauma history, and self-esteem issues, among others.
