I received my Masters in Social Work and Masters in Public Health from the University of South Florida and I am a Licensed Social Worker. I am trained in CBT and DBT and have worked in cancer centers, trauma centers, and private practice. While there, I worked with those dealing with medical trauma, loss/grief, PTSD, anxiety, life transitions, parenting stressors, and trauma.
I practice from a Cognitive Behavioral approach often and believe that people need to be heard and reminded that while life can be hard, they are doing a great job!
I currently work with adults dealing with anxiety, trauma, and parenting issues.
When I am not working you can find me hanging with my kids and traveling!
