Reaching out for care can feel overwhelming, and my goal is to help make that process as simple and welcoming as possible. As an Operations Assistant at Life Insight, I support both clients and staff by helping coordinate administrative and operational needs across the practice. I work behind the scenes to keep systems organized, communication flowing, and day-to-day operations running smoothly so our clinicians and clients can focus on what matters most.
I recently graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish. Over the past two summers, I had the opportunity to intern at Life Insight, where I became familiar with the practice and its dedication to supporting clients with thoughtful, client-centered care.
Outside of work, I enjoy going to the gym, exploring coffee shops, and spending time with friends. I’m grateful to be part of a team dedicated to helping clients feel supported from their very first interaction.
