As a therapist, I approach my work with compassion, curiosity, and a belief in the strength and resilience that lives within each person. I take a holistic and integrative approach to therapy, recognizing that every individual’s story is unique. Because there is no one-size-fits-all model for healing, I draw from a variety of therapeutic frameworks including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, and Narrative Therapy. My goal is to meet clients where they are and create a space that feels safe, supportive, and empowering.
I specialize in working with children, adolescents, and adults who may be struggling with anxiety, depression, life transitions, grief, trauma, relationship difficulties, low self-esteem, or navigating family challenges. I also have experience supporting families through communication concerns, parenting stress, and divorce. I am particularly passionate about helping clients learn to quiet their inner critic and build a more compassionate inner voice.
Growing up as an athlete shaped my understanding of perseverance, discipline, and the power of mindset. These values influence my therapeutic style today—I believe therapy is a team effort. As your therapist, I’m here to walk alongside you, challenge you when needed, and celebrate your growth every step of the way. We’ll work collaboratively to identify goals, overcome obstacles, and move toward meaningful change.
This quote reflects one of my core beliefs: the way we speak to ourselves matters. Through our work together, you’ll learn how to notice, question, and reframe unhelpful thoughts—creating space for healthier patterns, emotional balance, and personal insight.
When I’m not in the office, you can find me lifting weights, getting lost in a good book, playing fetch with my dog, or enjoying quality time with my family and friends. I believe in practicing what I preach—and that means nurturing my own well-being so I can show up fully for my clients.
I received my Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology with a concentration in Children and Adolescents from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. During my clinical training at OMNI Youth Services, I worked closely with children, teens, and families navigating symptoms of anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, low self-worth, and substance use. That experience solidified my passion for supporting individuals and families as they heal, grow, and reconnect with themselves.
