Anxiety can be all of these things and more and it’s a rotten way to live each day. Sometimes we know the root cause of anxiety, like witnessing a traumatic event, but many times it’s a general feeling that is always hanging around. It’s exhausting to be in the grasp of anxiety, but for many people, therapy can be helpful in learning to understand and manage anxiety.
